Caminos Travel is a travel planner company helping you plan your trips within Belgium. We provide you with personalized recommendations, based on your desires and budget. In order for you to stay the creator of your Belgian adventure, we do not handle final bookings. 

In addition, we organize group events to allow you to discover hidden gems in Belgium while meeting new people.

By using our services, you gain access to personalized recommendations, time-saving convenience and tips that enhance your Belgian travel experience while reducing stress and uncertainty.

At Caminos we speak fluently English, French and Spanish. We also have basic knowledge of Dutch, Italian and Portuguese. 

We recommend contacting us the earliest possible so that we can find the best availability and rates for accommodations, transportation, and activities, especially during peak travel seasons. 

Please note that if you book our service within two weeks of your travel date, there may be an additional charge. 

While our expertise lies in Belgium, we are more than happy to assist with travel planning across Europe. If you would like our help with a trip beyond Belgium, feel free to reach out, and we will gladly discuss the details and possibilities with you.

Absolutely. We take into account your preferences, interests, budget, and any specific requests you may have to design personalized travel itineraries that suit your needs and desires.

We provide comprehensive destination roadbooks with information on attractions, dining options, local customs, transportation, safety tips, and more to ensure you have all the essential details for an enjoyable travel experience.

While we do not handle bookings directly, we provide personalized recommendations tailored to your preferences for accommodations and transportation options. You will receive a curated list of suggestions based on your needs and budget, and it is up to you to make the final bookings.

Payments can be made via bank transfer to our Belgian bank account. Once your choice is confirmed, we will provide you with the necessary payment details.

There are no hidden charges or additional fees beyond the initial payment for our services. 

However, please be aware that the costs associated with accommodations, transportation, and other activities will vary depending on your choices and the vendors you select.

While we do not provide assistance during your trip, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our service. If you have any questions or concerns about your trip or need to make changes to your plans, simply reach out to us.

If you need to make changes to your itinerary after receiving your personalized roadbook, we will offer you one free adapted roadbook according to your new preferences or circumstances. Please note that any changes made after this free adaptation may require additional fees.
